The Clean Hydrogen Explorer does not collect, use or process any personal data. Personal data includes all information which serves to determine your person, and which can be traced back to you – for example your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

Automated data collection

Each time you access our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer. The following data is collected:

Information about:

  • The browser type and the version used
  • The operating system
  • The internet service provider
  • The IP address
  • The date and time of access
  • The amount of data sent in bytes
  • Visited website from which the user's system accesses our website

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is mandatory for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility for the user to object.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Article 6(1) GDPR.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are technically necessary for its operation.

  • Session cookie (cleanh2.soft-water.it): set when a user logs in to access restricted areas of the site. This cookie is deleted when the browser session ends or the user logs out. Note that only administrator users need to login for platform management and update, while all the content is available also for not registered users.  
  • Csrf and session tokens from  redash_cleanh2.soft-water.it: this website embeds interactive dashboards served from our Redash instance, hosted on a separate subdomain. When you view a page containing such a dashboard, the Redash service sets these cookies to protect the request against cross-site request forgery and to maintain the technical session needed to serve the dashboard data. The session cookie expires after approximately 24 hours; csrf_token is deleted at the end of the browser session.

These cookies do not track individual users across other websites and are not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising purposes.

The legal basis for the use of these technically necessary cookies is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring the secure and correct technical functioning of the website and its embedded dashboard features).

We do not use cookies for marketing or third-party advertising purposes.
